All content generated by the creator or creator team is owned 100% by that creator or creator team. All other content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads, is the property of HiveMind Press or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of HiveMind Press, with copyright authorship for this collection by HiveMind Press, and protected by international copyright laws.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to HiveMind Press or to products you purchase through HiveMind Press shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the jurisdiction of HiveMind Press, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate HiveMind Press's intellectual property rights, HiveMind Press may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the jurisdiction of HiveMind Press, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

HiveMind Press, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if HiveMind Press believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this Agreement.

  1. Revenue Models and Commissions

HiveMind Press generates revenue through various channels, including but not limited to:

  • Product Sales: HiveMind Press charges a 15% commission on the retail price for products sold through our HiveMind Bookstore. The creator is notified immediately at the point of sale, the order is processed immediately, and funds are transferred to the creator within 7-9 days. For third-party distribution and international retailers, the creator is notified of the sale by country at the end of that month. Funds are then transferred to the creator 90 days after this notification. Please note that third-party sales returns are much lower. For creator bulk orders, please contact HiveMind directly to process your order and maximize your commercial returns.
  • Courses: For courses hosted in the HiveMind Academy, HiveMind Press charges a 5% commission. The courses are paid out within 24 hours of concluding the course. The ticket sales are administered by HiveMind Press and payouts are made at the conclusion of the lesson or satisfactory delivery of the course module. For instance, a pre-recorded video course is paid out incrementally as the user progresses through, or an upfront payment is transferred directly to the creator with HiveMind retaining our commission.
  • Publication Services: HiveMind Press offers a 20% discount for upfront payment or a 12-month offset payment plan for the total amount of your production. The terms and conditions of these services are subject to separate agreements.
